You live in one of the best states for state parks - when we lived in Illinois, Wisconsin was our go-to place for state park camping. Most of them have electric hookups (very few have more than that; IIRC, Point Beach State Forest has a few sites with both electric & water, but they are the least attractive sites in the place). Depending on the size of your camping rig, a few SPs will have limited sites for you, but if you reserve early enough (11 months ahead, last I knew, for Wisconsin), you should be able to find several good places to camp. For starters: Kohler-Andrae SP, Bong SRA, Kettle Moraine South, all should have sites big enough for the largest RVs, and all will have electric hookups. Try checking for sites on ReserveAmerica - they usually have a way to find out the size and amenities of each campsite.
Good luck to you!
