- benbovacExplorerThanks for the replies, Im thinking we will do Cracker Barrel or the rest area at the KY-TN border.
- bigred1cavExplorerWe stay at Cracker Barrel.
- cwill925ExplorerThere's Nashville Country RV Park in Goodlettsville TN., just off I-65, exit 98. Maybe OK for overnight.

Then plan a stop at this one! $25.00 cash or check only. Literally yards off the ramp. Athens, AL. right over the state line.
I stop here every trip south for the night and always end up staying a couple of days it's so nice and peaceful.
There are 4 Real nice pull thru's up front. Just don't pull in them the wrong way! I did and the owner wasn't real happy with me. :C

I will be traveling through southern KY and northern TN on I-65 and seeking a overnight pull through site with electric only. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I tried calling the Bowling Green KOA, but they want almost $60 for about a 6 hour stopover....im not willing to pay that high of a price for a few hours sleep.
What road are you traveling on in S. KY and how far N. on 65?
There is a GREAT CG just feet off the ramp from 65 called Northgate RV Travel Park for $25.00! I make a point of stopping there when on 65 it's just over the state line. Owner is real nice and he has 4 gigantic pull thru's up front if you don't want a regular site. In the middle of field, nice and quiet.
If you are coming down 24 to 65 there another great CG in Calvert City just down from Paducka KY.
Need some more info on your route! - sdianel_-acct_cExplorerOn the KOA site, it shows a 30 amp site for $35.43 base rate. Sometimes if you can get buy with back ins or 30 amp the KOA's do have cheaper sites.
There is a KOA in Franklin but it doesn't get as good reviews as the Bowling Green one. There is Beech Bend campground a few miles off I-65 but they are first come first served and don't take reservations. Not much around Bowling Green to choose from. - M_GO_BLUE1ExplorerWhen we have been traveling that way through KY we have always stopped at the Cracker Barrel (exit #6 off I-65) which also has a Flying J there also (avoid if you are towing) for a few hours sleep...now I know you wanted some place with electric but stopping for only a few hours sleep this should suffice...there is also a TN Welcome Center just across the border

Doubt if they have any "pull through" sites but there are LOTS of COE parks around LBL (Land Between the Lakes) and also several state parks.
Thanks, but that is the other end of the state. Im seeking something off I-65 - skipncharExplorerDoubt if they have any "pull through" sites but there are LOTS of COE parks around LBL (Land Between the Lakes) and also several state parks.
