Seeking aodvice

Hi everyone,  I'm new to the forum and have recently gotten back into Motorhoming after a 6yr break.  We're about to embark on our first MH trip in 6 years and i have some concerns with the route i've chosen to head from  Fl to Dover Arkansas. I'll be traveling in a 36ft Tiffin open road gas rig and want  avoid any steep grades.  The route I've selected is 10 west out of Fl to Rte 65 N (Alabama) to Rte 22 West towards Memphis to Rte 40 West to Little Rock Ark.  I'm reluctant to challenge steep grades with a gas rig and hoping that this is a fairly safe route . (my previous rig was a 42ft Phaeton/tag axle which would've handled other routes with ease)  Has anyone traveled that way in a gas rig ? And is my planned route the way to go? My first 3 rigs were gas and i recall them being a little difficult to handle, not to mention  braking on steep grades which I am trying to avoid at all cost.  At 76 years young (haha), any advice will be deeply appreciated before I hit the road.  Thanks in advance  🏉🏉🍻
