September in Washington (North Cascades & Olympics)

We spent September camping and hiking in the North Cascades and the Olympics, almost all of it dry camping in National Forest and National Park campgrounds. (We did get some rain, but it still counts...

Yep .... sounds about right.

Our BIL lives right on a small bay aways outside of Poulsbo on the Olympic Peninsula and we visit them a lot. Kindof decent during their summers, but not so the other times of the year if you like some sun and low enough humidity to dry out equipment, comfortably do outside work, paint, grow vegetable gardens, etc.. :(
