Shennandoah Natl Park aka Skyline Drive does have an admission fee but it is good for a week. If you can use one of the interagency passes, you can get in for free. Make sure you hold onto that receipt if you go off Skyline Drive because you will need it for free re entry within that week. Blue Ridge parkway has no fee.
