Make sure you hold onto that receipt if you go off Skyline Drive because you will need it for free re entry within that week. Blue Ridge parkway has no fee.
Neither does GSMNP.....
We are only going to be there for the holiday weekend, Have no plans to go anywhere else. Torn on getting the America the Beautiful Pass ($80/year) or just doing the $20/week thing. We've never been to any federal location so far that has charged us. However, we are going to the Outer Banks in a couple weeks...anywhere out there that we could use the pass at?
