Sidney is right in the thick of activity going on at the Bakken Field, really doubt that you'll find any CG or RV park that has openings right now. Are you possibly relocating to that area for employment, or is it just for vacation? If for a job, suggest that you place an ad in the local paper indicating that you want to rent an RV space or whatever. There may be some places 50-100 miles away that have RV parks with openings; would be a long drive to Sidney, but at least you'd have a location to call "home".
