Do you have a desire to go to Sidney? It's out of the way if you're driving between Billings and Bismarck. Last time I drove to Bismarck, I stayed at a nice RV Park in Glendive. Also, I know there are a number of options at the southern tip of the Theo Roosevelt National Park. There's also a forest service campground right off the interstate west of the Nat'l park - I think.
