has anyone gone to SDC near Branson, in December? Is it a too cold to enjoy, and how much of the park is operational?

We went last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. The lights were spectacular. Probably the best we have seen anywhere. The three special Christmas productions were great. We enjoyed the crafts in the craft barn. It was cold but we had dressed for the weather. It isn't cheap, but we thought it was worth the money!! You might want to stop by the Dewey Short Visitor Center at the dam. They have a movie, and nice displays. Well worth a stop, especially on a cold day when you can't be outside. We have workcamped there three years.
