Bend Sisters Garden RV Resort ??

Personally if Im in the area I choose any of the National Forest camp grounds on the Metolious
Also there is Lapine State park about 25 miles south of Bend or Tumalo State Park just west of Bend

There is a KOA about 5 miles east of Sisters on Hwy 20.
There is also county park (I believe) just on the east side of Sisters.
Perhaps one of these is what you were thinking of.

You might try looking for it using Google Earth- If you saw it from the highway, chances are it's visible in GE's "street view".

Depending on your route... if you take hwy 22 east of Stayton, OR and just 1 mile WEST of Mill City is a BLM cg that is wonderful. Fishermen's Bend has pull thru's with full hookups. Nice rangers and excellent hosts.

It's a large CG with baseball fields, volleyball, two playgrounds and pavilions for group gatherings. Miles of hiking trails along the Santiam River and all the roads/sites are paved.

Slayton is a long ways from Sisters.

When we go to the quilt show, we typically stay at the Bend/Sisters Garden rv park. Very nice, and out a few miles. One of our favorite mexican restaurants (Los Agaves) is in Sisters and will eat there at least once while there.

Bend/Sisters Garden RV Park use to be a KOA. We think it's the most beautiful campgound we have stayed in. VERY NICE place.

Have stated at Bend Sisters Garden Rv park. It is nice. Stayed at the http://crownvillarvresort.com/ in Bend this summer. Now that's nice. No pool though. But by far the nicest RV park we've been in. There's no CG's you can see from the road near Sisters except for the BSG RV park.
