Slab organization
Bad moon on the rise for slabbers. People that took over Salvation Mountain trying to organize Slab City community, form a charitable organizations and take slabs off state's hands. Not sure any good...

Huh..I know that they have been having meetings. First thing that comes to mind is..if they get the chance, it'll be a fee area. Which will simply drive some to another locale.
If you want to know where The Slabs are..Google Map Niland, Ca. and go east about 5 miles. It is in the middle of no-where, sort of. I liked it, many don`t. Can be a bit on the wild side..people park pretty much where-ever the want and call it home.
