Bad moon on the rise for slabbers. People that took over Salvation Mountain trying to organize Slab City community, form a charitable organizations and take slabs off state's hands. Not sure any good...

Does this have anything to do with the Air Force base that closed several years ago and they are now using the run ways for RV storage facilities? I'm clueless what this is all about.
