Buckshot restaurant has cut hours back on Sunday and Monday. They will still do business with truckers and the gas station on Ca 111 will do some business. Personally, If I were living or having an extended stay at the site I would not have a problem with paying $15 a year for the water use.
We all pay for water in some way, shape, or form.
