Thanks for that - some people like to assume they know me or my family. We are RVing for 3 months straight and there are two trips - the first driving all day 6-8 hours as we move to our next destination. We might go out to dinner, or watch a show and then go to bed.
Then we get to where we are going and hook up for 1-2 weeks straight.
During the drives, nobody cares about showers, campgrounds, amenities, etc.. They care about getting to where we are going so that we can enjoy the next week.
Funny enough after posting this I haven't had a need to stop at a WM. Once I get to about 6-8 hours i'll look up the nearest CG and give them a call and have always had a spot. I was mostly worried when I asked the question if there were not any CGs nearby.
