It was that loud Dodge you pulled up in, not your RV :).
Yeah, I understand the reasoning for that one :B but we were in the Wife's Toyota mini van. This park is Good Sam rated so I would think they should at least state the 10 year rule in the literature. I can understand the stretching of the truth for the year but then wonder about any other unwritten regulations.
It would definately take the steam out of buying a used RV. Some people apparently think we can afford a new RV every 10 years. As far as the age of the RV it does not need to be 11 to be considered junk/eye sore although if not taken care of the odds are greater. We will look elsewhere and criticize their discrimination to anyone that will listen. I have been in parks where there have been the not so good looking RV's but do not know the story behind them so any criticism is kept to myself or the Wife. Now if I pull into a park and the whole place is an eye sore I drive back out. This whole ordeal with them is a money making scam. There were several 10+ year RV's there but it is still summer and she stated the law is not enforced in summer only winter. They probably have look outs on all the roads leading into the Phoenix area. Once they see a snow bird they run all the peasants out of the park.
