It is certainly not a scam. You should learn what a real scam is to protect yourself. You should also learn how to negotiate and state your case to achieve your desired goals rather than get mad and call names.
It appears that during the Winter season, they have no problem filling spaces and in order to obtain a greater return on their investment, they try to keep the appearance of the park by eliminating older (and possibly unkempt) RV's.
Perhaps if you explained your situation and the condition of your RV to someone who has the authority to make exceptions, you would have been allowed to stay.
When I owned my classic Airstream, which was over 25 years old at the time, I was confronted with the 10 year rule. When I showed my RV to management, I was welcomed.
