Did you voice complaints about your site and the noise when you previously stayed at the park? Maybe posted a bad review somewhere? If so, they may very well have you flagged in the data base as a customer to not accept a reservation from in the future. Then they took the path of least resistance and told you "no" using the age rule so as not to get into an argument over the real reason.
