That is exactly what I was going to say. We are "stuck" with AZ for now since our primary activities are hiking, ATVing and Jeeping. Very little of that in Texas or Florida.

Texas is a big state. You can drive all day, call it a night and wake up in Texas. Also take a note of the water and green in the pictures in those links. Can't really say that about AZ.
