Re Wickenburg, yes, there are pros and cons to it being a small town located 40 minutes from the Phoenix suburbs. That is a hesitation for us.

We would love to have all of the amenities of Phoenix, without the crush of people. And, the PHX metro area is growing by 100K per year!
