When you get to our stage in life you quickly figure out that 5 yrs is a long time for seeing the same people every year. I would never buy a new Park Model, most of the new ones seem up for sale within 3-5 yrs and the floor plans really don't change (only so much you can do with 400 sq feet) so the used ones can be a very good buy.
