Thanks for the suggestions! I will look at each one. We are thinking after the holidays for a few months. We are located in Idaho, so CA, NV, AZ, UT, NM, and maybe TX would be the more likely choices. I know the southwest isn't known for "lush". I used that word because in my searches I see a ton of gravel and concrete lot spaces. I was thinking some palm trees and bushes would be nice! We do not pull a car behind, so would be spending lots of time at the resort. So activities for everyone and close to stores is important. Warm weather is crucial.
I have been surprised at the number of parks that don't allow children, or even anything other than a class A..... we have a new 32 foot class c, and I can't leave the kids home! It would be nice if the resort welcomed them, rather than limited their enjoyment of the facilities. They are well behaved!
