I used that word because in my searches I see a ton of gravel and concrete lot spaces. I was thinking some palm trees and bushes would be nice! I have been surprised at the number of parks that don't allow children, or even anything other than a class A..... we have a new 32 foot class c, and I can't leave the kids home! It would be nice if the resort welcomed them, rather than limited their enjoyment of the facilities. They are well behaved!
Unlike your kids who are well behaved, some kids and some dogs are not well supervised or watched which impacts other residents idea of enjoyment and fun.
