Are some parts of the country less expensive than others? Are there any trends that some of you veterans know about, that the rest of us might not be aware of yet?
What type of place are you looking for, what amenities do you want? Here in Arizona it can be from $200+ electricity a month to $1000+electricity (or more) depending upon the location/amenities.
