Since we only head south in the January to March timeframe now, we've been renting a villa (similar to a park model) in the campground where we have always stayed. The cost for us is only about $250 more to rent but we don't have to dig the camper out of the snow and tow from Montreal in the winter. A lot less headaches and much easier travel logistics.
