Not finding anything recent that says courts ruled on anything since Trump spoke about having the roadless rule lifted last week.
Given how many new judges are in place in the federal courts (this is one thing the Senate can do without worrying about the House), it's likely that what happened two years ago might not be a good indication of how a different judge would rule.
