South Carolina oceanside reccomedations

OP, it would help if you describe what you look for in a "good" park.
We've been up and down the SC coast and in most every campground available. One thing I can tell you is that there is a very wide variety of experiences available! For instance, comparing the back loop of Hunting Island to the beach front side of Ocean Lakes is worlds apart. If you enjoy being circled by golf carts throwing out beer cans and playing loud rap music, then Hunting Island is not for you, but I have a few recommendations. :) That's a joke folks, settle down.
