There is such a wide range of hotels on the Island that you will have no problems finding one that meet your needs. They will run from as low as $20 a night to $120 a night during those off season months.
The La Quinta and the La Copa seem to meet most requirements that people have in the price range that is acceptable.
Choice Hotels has a couple on the Island that can be very good deals if you're a member and book early or are AAA.
