Arkansas will not be warm at that time but it may be a little less cold. You will need to go a little further South and out of the mountains more. Hot Springs has several lakes and nice State Parks.
Lake Catherine
(as before mentioned) is very nice and convenient to Hot Springs. They have several private RV parks also, if you prefer them.
I assume you have kids since it's "spring break"
Mid America Museumis fun for kids and adults. If you like amusement parks Magic Springs is there.
You'll for sure want to eat atMcClards' BBQ and maybe Rod's Pizza Cellar
A good day trip would be to drive down to Murfreesboro to the
Crater of Diamonds to dig for diamonds. It has it's own RV park but not much else to do in the area except in summer.
