We were just there a couple of weeks ago. It poured rain one day, space got a little muddy, but not any worse than anywhere else. We were in a bayside site and it was quite nice, not a mud hole at all. The bathrooms were clean, the washer and dryer worked, the beach was absolutely beautiful, and I would go back in a heartbeat.
We did get flooded out a couple of days later at Fort Pickens. Stepping out of our trailer meant stepping into ankle deep water. But, it is all what you make of it. Most campers took it in stride.
