Starting to plan an Alaska trip what are the boon docking

Bubba (wife) an I are just got our copy of The MILEPOST book. Does anyone know about boon docking laws. Bubba and I are conceal carry permit holders. But says they can confiscate your RV if caught car...

We got 4 stars in our windshield this year, none were gotten on the gravel portion of the highway. two were from debris falling off dump trucks. the other two were just stones kicked up from the highway.
