OP How many people are you looking at in the trailer, and for how long do you anticipate being in one spot?
For 2 people, for two nights, most trailers will carry enough water, and have more than enough black (sewage) storage. Grey water (sink/shower) is the one that generally fills first, but minimizing water usage during showers can get that down too.
With basic conservation, most folks seem to be able to get down to 5-7 gallons per day per person. If you want long luxurious showers, then you will likely always need full hookups.
