The only state park I've been to in that area is Lost Creek State Park. The road in, near the campground is a narrow one-lane road. It is paved until the campground entrance. The spots seemed long enough for a 35' to me. The area is gorgeous though as the campground follows the valley floor.
What turned us off to the campground the most has nothing to do with this campground specifically. The nonresident fees for MT state parks are too much in my opinion ($25 for no services). We seek out FS campgrounds a little farther out which suit our needs better.
