Statesville East / I-40 Winston Salem KOA (old midway)

Has anyone been to the Statesville East KOA the former Midway campground? We have a 6 year old, so lots of family and kids activities are a plus. Looking for clean, well run and maintained family cam...

We checked there a couple of years ago and did not see much to be excited about. Now that being said, we have not visited there recently after now being a KOA cg.
