If you are going to be looking for a stove...I am thinking much of your cooking stuff will be done out doors or at least in the rear hatch area. Can work out a kind of sliding platform to put your stove on..safety and stability eh....
Stoves..you mentioned a Coleman..are you thinking propane or liquid? I am guessing propane..more money but more stable. Anyway..if liquid? Do shop a bit...REI has some outstanding outdoorsy/hiking/small stoves and cook sets.
A person wants to try and avoid cooking IN the vehicle..all the moisture goes right to the soft materials...blankets, clothing and so on. Then it's a bugger to get dry and warm.
