Honestly, that's a lot to ask in only 4 weeks if you are coming across from CA! As an example, we're in NH, and a few years ago allowed 10 days to see Nova Scotia, and that felt like we were really rushing! The states might be small, but there is a lot to see, and roads don't tend to run east/west across the mountains - easier to go north/south in northern New England. Acadia NP in ME is worth 3 or 4 days anyway, IF you don't plan on doing a lot of hiking or biking. Summer traffic along coastal ME will eat us a lot of time - lots of quaint/touristy towns (Camden/Rockport/Freeport/etc). NH has the White Mountains - many USFS CG's scattered throughout. Not sure what you have for a rig - most are better suited to smaller units. Check out Franconia Notch SP, Mt. Washington/Cog Railway, North Conway. In the center of the state is the Lakes Region - Lake Winnipesaukee. Nice RV park - Ellacoya SP - right on the lake - but no pets... Another 3 to 5 days here for car touring only. Green Mountains of VT are totally different than White Mountains of NH - rolling hills compared to rocky peaks. VT is farm country - check Quechee, Rte 100, Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream, Smuggler's Notch. Cross Lake Champlain to NY - Lake Placid area in Adirondacks. St. Lawrence Seaway/1000 Islands area. Niagara Falls/Finger Lakes/Watkins Glen. Southern New England is history - Boston (NOT for RV's!), Plimoth Plantation. Cape Cod (can you say TRAFFIC???). RI is known for it's beaches (Westerly) and mansions (Newport). Coastal CT has maritime history (Mystic Seaport) and colonial-era towns (Guilford/Madison). So I guess you need to narrow your search, or spend a LOT more time here! Happy travels! ST
