Sunset on Seneca Campground

We are planning a 4 day visit to the Finger Lakes region in upstate New York and have been looking at the Sunset on Seneca Campground. We would appreciate any comments with regards to that campground especially if you have had a good, great or otherwise experience there.

thanks in advance

  • Never camped there. We have camped several times at Sampson State Park of the east side of the lake. Don't know that I would "vacation" there, but it was a great base-camp for touring the wineries, the NA$CAR race at The Glen, and other site-seeing opportunities. Basic electrical hook-up's, no sewer at sites, but well designed dump station. Water spigots throughout CG, usually no more than a few hose-lengths away. CG bath & shower facilities well maintained.
