Comox is on Vancouver Island. Powell River via short ferry is on the top end of the Sunshine Coast. Be sure & drive the entire Sunshine Coast route from Powell River to Vancouver. Lots to do ample services. Drive safe, enjoy the awesome scenery...bendy curves.
Often when on that route we overnighted on the ferry lane with no troubles, but check first ifs that's an option. Rules & regulations have taken over every possible luxury it seems.
