According to their website, the directions say to turn onto Campground Rd after entering the park. But the name on the street corner sign is not Campground Rd.
We actually continued down the street to the Welcome Station and the lady instructed us what to do. We had to drive further down the street to a Picnic Shelter area and turn around in the parking lot. This was the first mistake. Not easy to do when towing a car.
The second mistake we made was to blow past the Registration Office/building. There is a sign at the entrance to the parking lot but there are 4 different instructions as to what is down this road and the RV Registration is at the very bottom in very small letters. It was only when we were almost past that sign that I realized what was on it. But we cannot back up with car attached and did not want to stop on the road.
I suppose if you have been here before it would not confusing but to us it was. It all wound up for the best as we traveled down that road to the big parking lot at the end to unhook the car. I drove the car back to that building and registered.
