We had 9 apartments in a different state than our domicile for over 9 years of our 11 years fulltiming. Scottiemom would post all income and expenses in Quicken and send printouts along with any required tax forms (1099s, W2s and the like) to our tax preparer of the past 20 years. She in turn would do our taxes and send us back the final documents via email. State and Federal Tax returns were filed electronically by the preparer.
