All fiduciary organizations are now online with statements. The only thing that you need to remember is to bring all your paper receipts (and that's if you have not already recorded them in software like Quicken).
Even property taxes can be obtained on line. . .just send them a check, you don't need their paper statement.
We use TurboTax and if needed, can obtain a time extension - however, estimated taxes need to paid at time of filing the extension.
