- TomG2ExplorerThanks again and for the PPL suggestion. They appear to be very professional in their approach. I will try them if Craigslist doesn't sell my trailer. Heck, I might even try RV.Net's listing, if I can figure it out.
- John_JoeyExplorerFWIW, the gentlemen that I'm referring too tells the story of how yes they priced it high for him in the beginning. He left it behind in the valley and never got an offer. When he got back in the fall it was sitting in the way back lot with parts missing off of it. Again this was only his side of the story, but you might want to keep that in mind if you plan on leaving the rig behind come next spring.
- TomG2ExplorerThanks to all. The only thing that I had heard previously was that their prices were too high. Hard to blame them for that if the seller sets the askig price.
- pawattExplorerFriends bought a motorhome there and were very happy with the good customer service they received.
- qtla9111NomadObservation. We spend time in the RGV and stayed next door at the Kenwood Resort on several occasion and have visited Texas Trader in our free time. We enjoy looking at all types.
Most people leave their rvs for consignment but don't wash and wax them, clean the carpets, and leave personal items on the walls and in the cabinets. The smell sometimes can be a real turn off to people.
I think it makes for easy negociation if you have a rig in good condition by that I mean clean and ready to go.
