I don't think that you can go wrong with any type or loop. Some loops are closer to the beach and boat transportation to Magic Kingdom, others are closer to the Meadows Recreation area and swimming pool.
There are 4 types of campsites, Premium, Preferred, Full Hookup and Partial Hookup (No Sewer connection). If you will be using a tent, you do not want a Premium site, there all concrete and no place to put the tent pegs.
We have camped in all 4 types, but not the partial since upgrading to TT and now MH. We take whatever is a available and never had a complaint.
