When the kids were little we always stayed in the the 1400 loop. This loop is next to the outdoor movie theater and chip and dale camp fire. I always went for the premier sites since we do not go there to often (3 times since 2000). If you are going to be there a couple of weeks I find it cheaper to by a season pass for $600.00 than a 10 day hopper pass for $725.00. The season pass is good for a year.
