re GTTS: east to west will put you on the inside, which helps if you don't like looking doowwwnnnn. :)
it's tough on brakes because it is a loonngg descent.
as stated above, the Moki Dugway is more of a challenge because it narrows down to one lane almost, so you hope you don't meet a wide dually coming up while you're on the outside going down.
I (the wife and passenger) find the Beartooth the most spectacular... second to the 14A descent from Burgess Junction west to Lovell, WY. This last one is called the "oh my God hill", for good reason ;)
