The Wichita Mountains wildlife refuge has a campground named Camp Doris. There are some sites with electric hookups but no water at the campsite. There are faucets near restroom which you can use to fill your freshwater tank prior to setting up camp. (Bring a long hose!). There is a dump station. We camped there in May two years ago during the week and got a good site. Weekends fill up faster. There were a lot of deer and birds in the campground . We love the refuge. Many wild critters, interesting geology. Worth a couple of days stay. It's also a Federal park and honors the golden age pass for half price camping. Check out their website. We first heard about it here on RV.net.
