Timberlane Campground in NJ

I recently spent 3 nights at the Timberlane Campground in NJ using it as a home base to visit my 90 y/o mom and my sister who lives in MD. I previously booked a reservation for February vacation with my grandchildren. The site was great, close to the showers and doggie walk. They even provide you with poopie bags! Lol Anyway, the staff was great and personable. I felt very safe and secure. I'm a 60 y/o widow who travels with her dog. This, in fact, was the first campground I ever stayed at. Hoping to make more trips down south (I live in NH) to visit family. And, it is so close to Philadelphia. I just took the blue route (476) once I was in PA and was at my mom's in a few minutes.

Thanks again to the employees at Timberlane. Great place to stay and call home for a few days or more!

  • We use Timberlane several times a year on our way back home. It's convenient to the Interstate and it's an easy 150 miles to home. As noted great friendly staff.
  • We have friends that live about 10 minutes away from Timberlane. We always have a pleasant experience when we stay there.
  • Timberlane has been our "go to" for a number of years, heading south in January and returning north in the spring. Very convenient access from I-95 and comfortable.
  • The Goess family (owners of Timberlane) are friends of mine and I'll be sure to tip them off about your experience! They take pride in their little campground!
