Personally, for a 2-week trip I think your plans are great! You just can't keep adding things and those are highlights of the area so I can't see deleting any just to stay longer in one spot.

If possible and it could work, the only thing you may want to add is a swing through the Badlands. In a push for time, it can be done in two hours for a quick over view.
Other than that, wouldn't change anything and I've been through the area twice.
In Black Hills, you have Wind Cave and on the west side of Custer you have Jewel Cave. Completely different from each other.
I'm jealous. It take me two days of hard driving just to get to your location.
