Tip The Person Who Takes You To Your Campsite?

I been forced to follow at a number of parks. Often they will watch to make sure I don't damage their site(?) Sometimes they will try to direct me backing into a site - I have to get out of the truck and tell them to stop waving and shouting - it's very distracting and, of course, not helpful.
