Tip The Person Who Takes You To Your Campsite?

Thought of this while in traffic this morning. Does anyone tip the person the guides you to your campsite? I was thinking since it is a holiday weekend and they will be crazy busy, I may tip the person.

Maybe this is just for high end resorts?
  • I do, typically $2. Many will not accept it. I figure they are doing more work than the campground owners and making a lot less money.
  • If the person did something extra, like guiding me in, sure. If they just show me where to park, not usually. But, tip on arrival and you may get better service for the rest of your stay. Ultimately, your money and your choice. I don't think it ever hurts to be nice to others.
  • Nah, I'm not tipping anyone to do what I can do easily for myself and offering services I dont need.
  • You need to get an audio book.
It will keep the nutty thoughts out of your brain.
