We went across to Los Algodonas (out of Yuma) the other day. I felt safer there than I did in San Francisco, or Portland, Oregon
Make no mistake this town does not represent what is going on IN Mexico.
Los Algodonas where everyone goes for meds and doctors is the EXCEPTION. This place does NOT represent what is happening elsewhere in Mexico. And that said don't go off the beaten path in this town either.
IMHO To turn a blind eye to what IS happening in the bowels of Mexico and take your family into the mix of it is just irresponsible. For what? So that one can say "I will RV anywhere I feel like"? :R
